Why is it that as human beings we are always looking for the 'newest' thing? We look for the newest fashions, the newest technology and newest ideas. When it comes to people, we are always looking for new words of affirmation from those around us.
When it comes to God, often we ask Him for new words - and that's great, as He's always wanting to give us new revelation.
But sometimes He just wants us to hold on to the old promises He has given us. To let them soak in.
